Your Mission

You will design genre-crossing digital and conventional marketing campaigns, in collaboration with an open-minded and creative team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns for international artists in the GSA markets.
  • Project and budget responsibility.
  • Building long term business relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Ongoing observation, analysis and development of marketing campaigns.
  • Creation of reports for internal and external partners using advanced online tools.
  • Order and distribution of promotional tools and assets.
Your Profile
  • Very knowledgeable about digital and conventional product marketing.
  • Creative and willing to think outside the box.
  • Track record in devising and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Expert, cross-genre knowledge of the German music market, its target groups and relevant marketing tools.
  • Experience in developing marketing campaign strategies and pitching them to prospective. clients. Please be prepared to provide examples of or discuss campaigns you've worked on.
  • Experience in collaboration with international partners and working across time zones
  • You find it easy to organise, prioritise, and execute a wide range of tasks despite a heavy workload and tight deadlines
  • You can manage a high volume of communication – phone calls, emails and meetings.
  • You are happy to travel for work, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, enthusiastic and service-orientated working environment.
  • Experience in the music industry or a marketing agency close to entertainment markets.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, or a similar creative industry.
